Processing and Shipping
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipping.
Shipping Times
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 3-6 business days. International shipping can take 10-21 business days. We currently do not offer expedited shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please be aware that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, transportation strikes, or carrier transitions.
Delivery and Address Accuracy
LumberJax is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the delivery address provided was accurate. If your package is not delivered, please contact your local post office with the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will invoice you for the cost of a new shipping label. If the invoice is not paid, the package will not be reshipped, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy
No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. Lumina Essence reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
Order Processing and Cancellations
Once your order has been processed for shipment (i.e., a shipping label has been created and a shipping confirmation email has been sent), we cannot issue a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.
Lost or Stolen Items
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if the correct address was provided at the time of order. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local post office with the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Damaged or Missing Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or missing item, we will gladly replace it within 3 business days of the delivery date. If you need to cancel an unshipped order or have any questions, please contact our customer service at help@luminaessence.com. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Address Accuracy
